Parish Activities
St Faith’s conducts several activities in addition to its Sunday and Wednesday services of worship.
Playgroup
St Faith’s Playgroup meets in the Parish Hall at St Faith’s on Wednesdays, 10.30 – 12 midday during
school terms.
The Playgroup aims to provide a safe and secure, nurturing and fun environment for pre-school aged children (0-5 years) and offer a supportive network for their parents/carers.

Games Afternoons
These are usually held on the 3rd Saturday of the month. Come along and spend an enjoyable hour or two exercising the grey matter, followed by a delicious afternoon tea. Contact Heather (9889 5756) for more information.
Weddings, Baptisms
and Funerals
Please contact The Vicar if you wish to organise any of these special events. You do not have to be a regular member of our congregation.

Parish barbeque
This is a BYO lunch after the 10 am Eucharist on the first Sunday of every month. Sometimes we eat outdoors under the oak; most times we stay indoors in the hall or the Griffiths Room. It’s a great way to relax, keep in touch, get to know others and build community. We usually have plenty to eat and share so feel welcome to join us. Contact Jill (0408 519 919) for more information.
Mothers’ Union
Mothers’ Union is a world-wide community of Anglican women who celebrate and support the institution of the family. These days local meetings are usually built around the Wednesday or Sunday Eucharist. Contact Heather (9889 5756) for more information.
Mens’ Breakfast
Twice a year we organise a special Saturday morning meeting of the men of the Parish and their friends. There is a guest speaker. Details of the next group to follow.
Book Group
St Faith’s book group reads together a range of contemporary literature for fun and intellectual stimulation. The book group meets monthly on the fourth Saturday from 2:30 pm to 4 pm. While the Book Group uses CAE books, it is not a formal CAE group but meets for coffee and a chat about the current book. New members (male and female) are always welcome.
Contact Margaret (9885 4356) for more information.
Alcoholics Anonymous
AA meets every Thursday evening at 8:00pm in the Church hall.
Cinema Group
Meets on the second Tuesday of the month, normally at the Rivoli in Camberwell at 6.20 pm. The group usually dines out together afterwards. Give Mary a call (9885 4038 or 0419 608 084) if you would like to participate.
St Faith’s Courtyard Labyrinth
We have a beautiful cobbled labyrinth at the rear of the Church. You are welcome to come at any time to walk it by yourself.
Mens’ Breakfast
At least twice a year we organize a special Saturday morning meeting of the men of the Parish and their friends. There is a guest speaker. Details of the next breakfast will be publicized nearer the event. (See Home page.)
